Booking: Applicants may book study rooms up to one week in advance. Rooms are available for 2 hours, per person, per day.
- Click on an available time slot for a space to start a booking at that time. Available time slots will be colored green.
- To view more info about a space, click on the room's Info badge.
- For the selected room, you can change the length of the booking from the dropdown box below the grid.
- To cancel the booking for this room, click the Delete button

Reservation requests with a valid HCPL or LSC 14-digit library card number will typically be reviewed within 2 business hours.
*Reservation requests without a valid HCPL or LSC 14-digit library card number will NOT be approved until the person reserving the room checks in at the Reference desk at the time of the reservation.
